We know that purchasing your wedding dress is an exciting moment for you, but too many people can mean too many opinions. Too many opinions often results in the bride becoming overwhelmed, frustrated, and disappointed. We suggest keeping the entourage size small so that everyone is comfortable and ultimately that the bride enjoys the experience. Don’t let others overpower your appointment. Remember that the wedding day is about you and you need to feel confident and comfortable in your wedding dress; go with your gut!
Keep in mind that all appointments are scheduled for 1 ½ hours. If you feel that your appointment will be longer, please advise us upon booking so that we can schedule accordingly.
All manufacturers are different, but please allow three to six months for delivery from time of purchase. Also keep in mind that alterations may be needed. Depending on the season and amount of alterations needed, we recommend allotting two months of alteration time. Therefore, an ideal time frame for ordering is eight months prior to the wedding date.
RUSH ORDER: Depending on the manufacturer, rush orders can be made possible with a surcharge. Some manufacturers have stock in their warehouse, while other dresses need to be made from scratch. If you are facing a time crunch we are also more than happy to sell you our sample; all are carefully handled and well maintained.
WHEN IS IT TOO EARLY TO START SHOPPING?
It is too early to start shopping when you are not in the frame of mind to commit to a dress when you have found ‘the one.’ Keep in mind that new dresses come out once or twice a year depending on the designer, so starting too early may confuse you as new styles become available.
